Abu al-Qasim al-Rafii, in full Abd al-Karim ibn Muhammad al-Rafii al-Qazwini, was a Sunni Muslim scholar based in Qazvin who lived from 1160 to 1226. He was a well-known jurisconsult and legal theoretician of the Shafii school, as well as a hadith scholar, Quranic exegete, and historian.
