Abdallah Fikri el-Khani, who lived from 1925, in Damascus, to December 7, 2020, in Damascus, was a Syrian diplomat, politician and judge who held diplomatic posts in the 1960s and ministerial positions in the 1970s. He was elected a judge of the International Court of Justice in 1981, succeeding fellow Syrian judge Salah el-Dine Tarazi after Tarazi's death in office, and served until 1985. In the 1990s he later served as one of three foreign judges on the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
