A. B. M. Khairul Haque, born 1944, is a Bangladeshi jurist who served as the nineteenth Chief Justice of Bangladesh from 2010 to 2011. He delivered the 2011 verdict that declared Bangladesh's caretaker government system illegal and unconstitutional, ending that mechanism for transitional rule, and he later chaired the Bangladesh Law Commission.
