Jean-Marie Kambumba Nsula is a Congolese jurist from the Democratic Republic of Congo who was elected President of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa, known as OHADA, at a General Assembly held on 16 December 2025.
