Other Regional and Supranational Court Judges

Other Regional and Supranational Court Judges gathers the judges of the smaller regional and supranational courts represented in this subcategory that do not yet have enough members to warrant their own group: the East African Court of Justice, the judicial organ of the East African Community; the Community Court of Justice of the Economic Community of West African States; the Court of Justice of the Andean Community, also called the Andean Tribunal of Justice; the EFTA Court, which interprets the European Economic Area agreement for Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway; and the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa. Each of these bodies exercises a similar function to the larger regional courts grouped elsewhere in this subcategory, interpreting a regional treaty for its own member states, but on a smaller bench and a smaller docket.
