Ricardo Goncalves is a jurist who serves as President of the ECOWAS Community Court of Justice, the regional court of the Economic Community of West African States, and presided over the launch of the court's 2026 to 2030 strategic plan aimed at strengthening justice, accountability and regional integration across West Africa.
