Maria Teresa Infante Caffi is a Chilean jurist who has served as a judge of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea since 2020. A professor at the University of Chile since 1980, she directed the university's Institute of International Studies from 1987 to 1995, then served in Chile's Foreign Ministry as national director of frontiers and boundaries and as ambassador to the Netherlands. She has represented Chile in maritime and boundary cases before the International Court of Justice.
