National Supreme Courts (Last Resort)

The Supreme Court of Zambia is the apex court of Zambia on all matters except those related to the constitution. Until 2016 the court was the highest court on all matters, but after a new constitution was adopted in 2016 the Constitutional Court of Zambia was created with jurisdiction on matters related to the constitution and elections. The Supreme Court hears appeals from the Court of Appeal, and the judiciary publishes information about it at judiciaryzambia.com.
