The Supreme Court of the Czech Republic is the court of highest appeal for nearly all legal cases heard in the country. Under the Constitution of the Czech Republic, cases concerning constitutionality, administrative law and political jurisdiction are instead heard by other courts rather than by the Supreme Court itself.
