The Supreme Court of Thailand, known in Thai as the San Dika and located in Bangkok, is the highest Thai court of justice, covering criminal and civil cases across the entire country. It operates separately from the Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court, and its judgments are final, with neither plaintiff nor respondent able to seek further appeal. A justice of the Supreme Court is appointed from among justices of the Court of Appeals with seniority, extensive knowledge, and experience; the current president of the Supreme Court is Judge Adisak Tantiwong.
