The Supreme Court of Poland, known in Polish as the Sad Najwyzszy, is the highest court in the Republic of Poland, located at Krasinski Square in Warsaw. Its competence and activities rest on the Polish Constitution, the Act on the Supreme Court, and the Presidential Decree on the organisation of the Supreme Court.
