The Constitutional Court of Slovenia is the court that decides constitutional questions under the Constitution of Slovenia. When the National Assembly passes a resolution on impeachment, it decides whether the charges against the President of the Republic are justified or dismisses them, and it may relieve the President of office by a two thirds majority vote of all judges, or decide that the President may not perform the office while the impeachment is pending. It decides on a constitutional complaint only if legal remedies have been exhausted, unless the law provides otherwise, and it chooses which complaints to accept for adjudication on criteria and procedures set by law. Until a final decision it may suspend, in whole or in part, the implementation of an act whose constitutionality or legality it is reviewing. It decides by a majority vote of all its judges unless the Constitution or law provides otherwise for individual cases.
