The Court consists of twenty-three judges, elected by the Court itself from a list prepared by the National Disciplinary Commission, which under Legislative Act 2 of 2015 replaced the former Superior Council of the Judiciary in this role, each serving an individual eight-year term. The Court meets at the Palace of Justice on Bolivar Square in Bogotá.
