The Turkish civil code is one of the earliest laws in the history of the Republic of Turkey, enacted within the scope of the Turkish Revolution of the 1920s. The consulted source's own lead is a single thin sentence; a fuller account of its 1926 enactment and its debt to the Swiss Civil Code is a genuine gap left for the depth wave rather than padded here.
