The Codex Hermogenianus, or Hermogenian Code, is a collection of constitutions, meaning legal pronouncements, of the Roman emperors of the first tetrarchy, Diocletian, Maximian, and the Caesars Constantius and Galerius, mostly dating from 293 to 294 AD. Most of the work is now lost. It became a standard legal reference in late antiquity until it was superseded by the Breviary of Alaric and the Codex Justinianus.
