United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas is a federal bankruptcy court serving both the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the only bankruptcy court in the United States with this dual-district structure. The Eastern District comprises five divisions (Eastern, Jonesboro, Northern, Pine Bluff and Western) and the Western District comprises six (El Dorado, Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Harrison, Hot Springs and Texarkana). The courts primary office sits at 300 W. 2nd Street in Little Rock, in a renovated historic building, with a divisional office in Fayetteville serving western Arkansas.
