Labor court

A labor court, or labour court, also known as an industrial tribunal, is a governmental judiciary body that rules on labor or employment-related matters and disputes. In a number of countries, labor cases are taken to separate national labor high courts, while other states, such as the United States, instead maintain general non-judiciary labor relations boards that govern union certifications and elections.
