All Jewish Law

Halakha, the law of the Jewish tradition, and the Talmudic body of reasoning and rulings from which it is drawn. A legal system belongs here when its cited article describes the legal order of Jewish religious tradition or its Talmudic source. It excludes the secular law of the State of Israel and other religious legal orders, which sit elsewhere. Modern Israeli statute law and the Hebrew Bible itself sit elsewhere.
