Tetsuzo Kojima was a Japanese jurist and politician who lived from 1909 to 1988. Born in Yabu, Hyogo Prefecture, he earned a law degree from Tokyo Imperial University and represented the Hyogo 5th district in the House of Representatives of Japan across three separate periods between 1946 and 1976. He served as Minister of Justice of Japan from July to December 1960 under Prime Minister Hayato Ikeda, after heading the judicial affairs committee of the Liberal Democratic Party. Over his career he moved through several of the parties that eventually merged into the Liberal Democratic Party, including the Liberal Party, the Democratic Party, the Kaishinto and the Japan Democratic Party.
