Ricardo Luis Lorenzetti is an Argentine judge who has served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Argentina since December 2004, proposed by President Nestor Kirchner, and served as its Chief Justice from January 2007 to 2018. He also presided over the commission that prepared a 2011 presidential decree reforming, updating and unifying Argentina Civil and Commercial Codes.
