Sir Brian George Keith Alleyne is a Dominican jurist, politician and judge, born 28 April 1943 in Dominica. He served as Dominica's Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1990 to 1995 and as Leader of the Opposition from 1995 to 1996 before moving to the bench, becoming a High Court judge of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in July 1996. He served as Acting Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court from 2005 to April 2008. He was knighted in 2007 and holds the rank of King's Counsel.
