Luisa Estella Morales Lamuno is a Venezuelan jurist who served as Chief Justice of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice, Venezuela highest court, from March 2007 to May 2013. She was appointed to the tribunal by the National Assembly in December 2004 for a twelve year term after studying law at the University of Carabobo.
