Nestor Ivan Osuna Patino was born on April 12, 1963 and is a Colombian lawyer, judge and politician who has served as Delegate Inspector for the Defense of Human Rights of Colombia since 2025. He previously served as a co-judge of the Constitutional Court, as a magistrate on the Superior Council of Judicature, and as Minister of Justice and Law from 2022 to 2024. Born in Bogota, he graduated from the Universidad Externado de Colombia and holds a doctorate from the University of Salamanca.
