Mariano German Mejia is a Dominican judge, lawyer, notary and university professor, born 27 January 1946 in San Francisco de Macoris in Duarte Province. He earned his law doctorate from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo in 1971, served as Attorney General from 1998 to 1999 and as director of the Dominican Telecommunications Institute in 2000, and was President of the Dominican Judicial Power, the Supreme Court of Justice of the Dominican Republic, from 22 December 2011 to 5 April 2019, succeeding Jorge A. Subero Isa and succeeded by Luis Henry Molina Pena.
