Henry Hague Davis (1885-1944) was a Canadian lawyer and Puisne Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada who earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto in 1911, was called to the Ontario Bar the same year, and joined the Toronto firm of Kilmer, McAndrew and Irving practicing corporate law and criminal defence. Prime Minister R.B. Bennett appointed him to the Supreme Court at age 49 on January 31, 1935, to fill the vacancy left by Justice Robert Smith's resignation, and he served until his death on June 30, 1944. He also served as president of the Ontario Bar Association and, while sitting on the bench, as national president of the Canadian Bar Association.
