Andre Luiz de Almeida Mendonca, born December 27, 1972, is a Brazilian jurist and Presbyterian pastor who has served as a justice of the Supreme Federal Court since December 16, 2021. He served as Attorney General of the Union during 2019 to 2020 and again in 2021 and as Minister of Justice and Public Security from 2020 to 2021, and holds a doctorate in law from the University of Salamanca.
