Valer Dorneanu is a Romanian politician and jurist who served as a judge of the Constitutional Court of Romania from 2013 to 2022 and as the court president from 2016 until the end of his mandate. He was previously president of the Chamber of Deputies of Romania and functioned as the country Ombudsman.
