Laurent Pierre Emmanuel Fabius is a French politician and jurist who served as president of the Constitutional Council of France from 2016 to 2025, after a long political career that included serving as Prime Minister of France from 1984 to 1986, at age 37 the second youngest prime minister of the Fifth Republic.
