Thierry Hoscheit is a Luxembourgish jurist who has served as President of the Superior Court of Justice of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg since 1 October 2023, a position that also carries the presidency of the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court. He joined the Luxembourg judiciary in 1990 after a period at the Luxembourg Bar and earlier served as President of the Competition Council from 2004 to 2011.
