Miroljub Tomic is a Serbian jurist who has served as President of the Supreme Court of Serbia since his election by the High Judicial Council on 14 May 2026, taking the oath of office before the Serbian Parliament on 17 June 2026. Born in 1961 in Kragujevac, he graduated from the University of Kragujevac Faculty of Law in 1986 and is a member and deputy president of the Serbian Association for Criminal Law and Practice.
