Luis Rodriguez de Miguel (1910 to 1982) was a Spanish jurist and politician who earned a law degree and a diploma in criminal psychology from the University of Madrid in 1933. He held a series of senior legal and administrative posts including civil governor of the Balearic Islands and of Guipuzcoa, director general of the Post Office, undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior, and attorney general of the Supreme Court of Spain, and served as minister of housing from 1974 to 1975.
