Khadija Abeba is a Djiboutian judge who has served as President of the Supreme Court of Djibouti since 1996, making her the country's highest-ranking female official and, under the constitutional line of succession, next in line to become head of state should the president become incapacitated. She became Djibouti's first female judge in 1977 and the first woman to serve as President of the Court of Appeal in 1996.
