Domitilla Mukantaganzwa is a Rwandan jurist who has served as President of the Supreme Court and President of the High Council of the Judiciary of Rwanda since 3 December 2024, the sixth Chief Justice of Rwanda since the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi and only the second woman to hold the post.
