Yahya ibn Aktham, in full Abu Muhammad Yahya ibn Aktham, was a ninth century Arab Islamic jurist. He twice served as chief judge, qadi al-qudat, of the Abbasid Caliphate, from around 825 to 833 and again from 851 to 854.
