Ibn al-Mulaqqin, in full Siraj al-Din Abu Hafs Umar ibn Ali ibn Ahmad al-Shafii al-Misri, was a fourteenth century Sunni Egyptian scholar considered one of the greatest Shafii jurisconsults and hadith scholars of his time.
