Makki ibn Abi Talib al-Qaysi, in full Abu Muhammad Makki ibn Abi Talib al-Qaysi al-Qayrawani al-Andalusi al-Qurtubi, was a Maliki jurist described by scholar Angelika Neuwirth as one of the earliest and most distinguished figures in his field.
