Qadi Abd al-Wahhab, full name Abd al-Wahhab ibn Ali al-Taghlibi, was an Iraqi Sunni scholar considered the leading Maliki jurist of his age. He was a seminal figure of the Iraqi faction of the Maliki school of Islamic jurisprudence, a faction that no longer survives.
