Abu al-Walid Abd Allah ibn Muhammad Ibn al-Faradi was an Andalusian historian and jurist (faqih) as well as a hadith traditionist, chiefly remembered for his Tarikh ulama al-Andalus, a biographical dictionary of the religious scholars of al-Andalus.
