Roman Kolodkin is a Russian jurist and diplomat who has served as a judge of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea since 2017. Trained in international law at Moscow State University, he worked as a legal officer in Soviet and Russian government bodies before his election, including the USSR Ministry of Merchant Marine and Russia's Supreme Soviet.
