Patrick Lipton Robinson, born 29 January 1944 in Sheffield, in the then Colony of Jamaica, is a Jamaican jurist educated at the University of the West Indies and the University of London, with a further law degree from King's College London. He served as a judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia from 1998 to 2015, including as its President from 2008 to 2011, and was a judge of the International Court of Justice from 6 February 2015 to 6 February 2024, succeeding Bernardo Sepulveda Amor. He received Jamaica's Order of Jamaica for his services to international law and was named an Honorary Member of the American Society of International Law in 2011.
