Rosemary Barkett is an American lawyer and jurist serving as a judge of the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal at The Hague since 2013. Previously, she served as a federal judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and was the 45th chief justice of Florida, from 1992 to 1994.
