Osman Keh Kamara is a Sierra Leonean jurist and diplomat who has served as a judge of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea since 2023. He practiced law in Freetown before serving as Sierra Leone's ambassador to the United Nations and its representative to the African Union, and he advised the African Union on its maritime strategy and security initiatives from 2019 to 2022.
