Zha Hyoung Rhee is a South Korean jurist and diplomat who has served as a judge of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea since 2023. He joined South Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1996 and held posts including counsellor at the Korean embassy in the Netherlands, ambassador to Afghanistan, and director-general for international legal affairs before his election.
