Mateja Djurovic is a Serbian jurist elected by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe as Serbias judge at the European Court of Human Rights on 26 June 2024, for a nine-year term of office beginning no later than three months after election. He took up his post as national judge on 16 September 2024 and has since sat on the Courts Third Section, participating in the Sections rulings on cases brought against Serbia.
