All Bills and Declarations of Rights

Founding declarations of the rights of citizens: the United States Bill of Rights, the French Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen and the Directive Principles of India's constitution. A document belongs here when its cited article describes a bill or declaration of rights or a statement of constitutional principles. It excludes emancipation and land settlement measures. The French declaration is a statement of principles rather than a code, and it is admitted for the same reason as the American bill.
