Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses

The Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses is Russia's administrative offenses law, adopted on 30 December 2001. It serves as the comprehensive legal act setting the forms and extent of liability for a category of legal violations across areas of Russian law including tax, currency, labor and antimonopoly legislation, and it defines an administrative offense as an unlawful, guilty act or omission by an individual or legal entity for which the Code or a constituent entity's own administrative offenses law establishes administrative liability.
